Culinary Fare – Auckland Regionals –
PBRS which is part of the Cornell Group, has sent trainees to experience the challenge of the regional competitions held in central Auckland.
The Group came away with over forty medals (Golds, Silvers and Bronze) – what a fantastic effort from the committed students!
The categories covered cookery, front of house – Barista, innovative cocktails, cocktails, table setting, innovative table setting.
This showed the passion and energy that students from PBRS are known for. The tutors gave it all to prepare the students and be there on the day to support the comps…Well done PBRS team!
The Nationals run by the Restaurant Association of New Zealand held in August, now beckons for the TCEG Group to step-up a level and build a great platform for the student to display their talent.
